AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Permit Modification for its existing natural gas compressor station located on Walkers Branch Road near Huntington, in Wayne County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.36877 N and 82.53238 W. The applicant estimates the increases in, if the modification application is approved, potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Carbon Monoxide by 0.65 tons per year, Nitrogen Oxides by 0.33 tons per year, PM10 and PM2.5 by 0.01 tons per year, Sulfur Dioxide by 0.00 tons per year, Volatile Organic Compounds by 0.16 tons per year, Carbon Dioxide Equivalents (CO2e) by 66 tons per year, and Formaldehyde by 0.03 tons per year. Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of November, 2018. The proposed increased rates and charges will become effective May 28, 2017, unless otherwise ordered by the Public Service Commission and will produce approximately $793,347 annually in additional revenue, an increase of approximately 18%.
