OFFICIAL ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO LEASE HANGAR SPACE LOCATED AT THE NORTH CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA AIRPORT BRIDGEPORT, WEST VIRGINIA Sealed proposals are requested to lease property at the North Central West Virginia Airport, Harrison County, West Virginia, for use as a hangar for aircraft and related aviation activities. The facility consists of a hangar and related office, conference room, restroom, and other support areas containing approximately 31,500 square feet. The Hangar is 150 feet wide x 150 feet long accessed by a 24 foot high hangar door, with an addition 14 feet by 80 feet long on the south side of the hangar which contains office space, reception area, restrooms, and multi-purpose space. The 2nd floor is 30 feet wide x 150 feet long containing office space, reception area, restrooms, conference room, multi-purpose space. Proposals are sought to lease the facility.
