NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Substitute Trustee by that certain Deed of Trust executed by Steven Butt and Kathryn Harris, to Andrew H. Miller and Rachel K. Miller, Trustees, dated the 1st day of November, 20111, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book no. 2405, Pg. 32, which conveyed unto the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of that day of July, 2016, and recorded in said Clerk's Office in Bonds, Contracts and Leases Book No. 387, Pg. 158, wherein the undersigned Trustee was appointed as successor to Andrew H. Miller and Rachel K. Miller, Trustees, and default having been made pursuant to said Deed of Trust, said Successor Trustee, Paul J. Prunty as Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said indebtedness, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on Thursday, the 25th day of August, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., at the front door of the Courthouse of Cabell County, West Virginia, the real estate commonly known as 919 12th Street, Huntington, West Virginia and described as follows: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, being known and designated as Lot #6 of the M. Broh Subdivision of Block #126 of the City of Huntington as shown on the map of said subdivision which was recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, on the 8th day of October, 1913, in Deed Book 129 at Page 223 and being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the west line of 12th Street, 170 feet southerly from its intersection with the south line of 9th Avenue thence, southerly with the west line of 12th Street for 30 feet to its intersection with the north line of the city alley and parallel with the south line of 9th Avenue for 80 feet, thence northerly parallel with the west line of 12th Street for 39 feet; thence easterly parallel with the south line of 9th Avenue for 80 feet to the BEGINNING; TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of sale, subject to real property taxes assessed and unpaid against said property.
