AUCTION The Cabell County Commission will hold a real estate property auction beginning on Wednesday, August 17, 2015 at 10:00am on the Eighth Street side Courthouse steps. The first property for auction is located at 240 8th Avenue, West, Huntington, WV, Map 43, Parcel 0099 and will include land and building "as is". The second property for auction is located at 4341 Siders Avenue, Huntington, WV 25702 Map 1R, Parcel 0027 and will include Land and building "as is". The Cabell County Commission will accept bids in person at the Cabell County Courthouse, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701 on the Eighth Street side steps on Wednesday August 17, 2016 at 10:00 AM. 2. The high bidder for each property will be notified at the sale. 3. Payment for each property will be due at the time of the sale via check or money order made payable to the Cabell County Commission. 4. The high bidder for each property may pick up the deed at 750 5th Avenue, Suite 300, Huntington, WV on or before Wednesday, August 24, 2016. 5.
