Edwards Stadium and the Cam Henderson Center. This is an Open End Contract with four (4) optional renewals. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. on August 10, 2016 at the Joan C. Edwards Stadium - Big Green Room, located on the campus of Marshall University. Failure to attend this meeting will result in the rejection of your bid. Sealed bids shall be accepted until 3:00 PM on August 17, 2016. At that time bids will be opened, read aloud, and recorded in Room # 125, Office of Purchasing, Old Main Building, Marshall University.
