ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action is to obtain free and clear of any right, title, or interest of the Defendants, property known as 409 Kanode Court, Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia and more particularly described as follows: All those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land situated in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a map of Kanode and Preston Subdivision of part of Block 257, a copy of which map was recorded in the Cabell County Clerk's Office on 27th February 1923 in Deed Book 202, page 381 as LOTS NUMBERS SIXTEEN (16) and SEVENTEEN (17). It appearing by affidavit filed in this actin that the Plaintiff herein has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of some of the Defendants, without success, it is ORDERED, that Defendants, above named, serve upon Bruce A. Toney, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1002 Third Avenue, P.O. Box 1835, Huntington, West Virginia 25719, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before the 21st day of August, 2016, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Defendants at any time thereafter.
