NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by Donna Carter-Mannon and James H. Mannon, wife and husband, to Paul Ryker, Attorney at Law, Trustee, dated the 21st day of July, 2010, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2341, at page 556, by which was conveyed to the said Trustee the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, default having been made in the payment of said note, the owner and holders of said note, in exercise of the right and authority granted in the aforementioned deed of trust, having appointed Flynn, Max, Miller & Miller, L.C. as Substitute Trustee, by that certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated the 9th day of May, 2016, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Bonds, Contracts and Leases Book 386 at page 266, and also that certain deed of trust executed by Donna G. Carter Mannon and James Mannon, married, to Flynn, Max, Miller & Miller, L.C., Trustee, dated December 9, 2014, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's office in Trust Deed Book 2555 at page 307, by which was conveyed to the said Trustee the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said Flynn, Max, Miller & Miller, L.C., Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on FRIDAY, THE 10th DAY OF JUNE, 2016 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., at the east front door of the Court House of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All that certain piece or parcel of land situate in McComas District, Cabell County, West Virginia, and bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin on the southerly side of the Barboursville-Salt Rock brick paved road at the north-westerly comer of the 40x200 foot lot that was conveyed by J. W. Chapman to William Arrington in 1950; thence running from said beginning with the westerly line of said Arrington lot, S. 14 38 E. 200 feet to an iron pin; thence leaving Arrington line, S. no 32 W. 150 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 14 30 E. 200 feet to an iron pin on the southerly side of the road; thence N. no 30 E. 150 feet to the point of BEGINNING, containing 68/100 of an acre, more or less.
