NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by Darlene D. Doss, to K. E. McGinnis and J. Maurice Clark, Trustees, either of whom has full power and authority to act, dated the 22nd day of September, 2009, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2299, at page 412, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said J.
