NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL REAL ESTATE OWNED BY THE APOSTOLIC CHURCH OF THE TRI-STATE, INC., MARTHA ROAD, BARBOURSVILLE, WV Pursuant to West Virginia Code 35-1-10 notice is hereby given to all members of the congregation of The Apostolic Church of the Tri-State, Inc. that the Church by and through its Trustees shall sell the following described real estate to David T. Chittum and/or S&D Properties, LLC, a West Virginia Limited Liability Company after the date of the second publication of the Notice. All of that certain lot, piece or parcel of property situate in Barboursville District, Cabell County, West Virginia, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake that is 20 feet from the centerline of the Barboursville and Salt Rock Road, thence from said stake North 12 45' West, 440 feet to a stake; thence North 7 35' East 100 feet to a stake; thence South 12 43' East 440 feet to an iron pin that is located 20 feet from said road; thence South 77 35' West, 100 feet to the place of BEGINNING. And being the same property conveyed to Jason Brooks, Reverend Jim Hall and Richard Bocook, Trustees for The Apostolic Church of the Tri-State, Inc. from Martha Road Estates, Inc., a West Virginia corporation, by Deed dated June 17, 2008, and of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 1188, at Page 687.
