NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE and Notice of the Beneficiary/Servicer's election to sell property, is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Trustee(s) by that certain Deed of Trust dated July 9, 2003, executed by Mica M. Hicks to Paul J. Prunty, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Book 1855, at Page 175, which was assigned by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. to The Huntington National Bank by ASSIGNMENT dated October 14, 2016, of record in the Clerk's Office in Book 106, at Page 420. The borrowers defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Trustee has been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated in the City of Huntington, Gideon District, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a Revised map of Arlington, a copy of which map was filed in the Cabell County Commission Clerk's Office on December 30, 1926, in Map Book 3, as Map 68, as the northerly 22 feet of Lot No. 140, all of Lot No. 141, and the southerly 30 feet of Lot No. 142, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the easterly line of Arlington Boulevard, which point is northerly 18 feet from the corner between Lots 139 and 140, as shown on said map; thence, with the said line of Arlington Boulevard, northeasterly 92 feet; thence, through said Lot 142, southeasterly at right angles to the said line of Arlington Boulevard, 120 feet to a point in the westerly line of a street or alley; thence, with said line, southwesterly 92 feet; thence, northwesterly, parallel to and18 feet north of the line between said Lots 139 and 140, 120 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
