NOTICE OF SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Personal Representative by Order entered in the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia in action entitled Brooke Adams Leaberry, Personal Representative for the Estate of Billy Gene Adams vs. Drema Adams Jarrell, et al, Civil Action No. 16-C-33, she shall sell to the highest bidder on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, at 10:00 A.M. at the east front door of the Court House of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate which is situate at 1434 Norway Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a map of Claremont Subdivision, made by Leete & Maupin, Engineers, a copy of which map was recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, on June 6, 1907, in Map Book No. 1, as Map No. 42, as LOT NUMBER THIRTY-THREE (33).
